Fastest route: the 210 Freeway west to the Fruit St exit in La Verne, then Baseline Rd and Wheeler Ave to Foothill Blvd. The scenic option is Foothill Blvd (Route 66) straight west through Upland and Claremont, which takes a few minutes longer.

Marching Eagle Regiment
A 210-piece marching band, and a Bands of America Western Regional Champion and Grand National finalist. Etiwanda also has jazz ensembles, a wind ensemble, symphonic band and a piano lab.

Chaffey College’s music transfer degree includes individual lessons alongside choir, concert band and jazz band. If you need a private teacher for your instrument or voice, we teach college students and adults of every level.
Not in school at all? Adults are welcome whether they are picking up an instrument for the first time or coming back to one after years away.

How far is La Verne Music School from Rancho Cucamonga?+
Alta Loma is about 19 minutes away and central Rancho Cucamonga about 22 minutes, via the 210 West to the Fruit St exit in light traffic. Etiwanda and Victoria Gardens are about 24 to 25 minutes. We are at 1502 Foothill Blvd #104, La Verne.
Can private lessons help my child in the Etiwanda, Los Osos or Rancho Cucamonga High band?+
Yes. Large competitive bands rehearse as a group. A weekly private lesson gives a student one-on-one time on tone, technique, reading and audition music, so they can keep up in a demanding program.
Is it worth driving from Rancho Cucamonga for lessons?+
For the drive, you get private one-on-one teaching, evening and Saturday times, two free recitals a year and month to month lessons. A Saturday lesson avoids weekday traffic on the 210.
Do you teach Chaffey College students?+
Yes. College students and adults can book private lessons in voice, piano, guitar, drums, strings and band instruments at any level.
What does a lesson cost?+
Private lessons are $47.25 per 30 minute lesson. Mini Musicians is $135 per month and Fairytale Princess Ballet is $125 per month. Everything is month to month.
What time can Rancho Cucamonga students come after school?+
We teach until 8pm Monday to Friday, so a lesson at 5pm, 6pm or 7pm leaves plenty of time for the drive after school or practice. Saturdays run from 9am to 4pm.
